Crockpot Rooster and Gravy

In a medium bowl, whisk collectively evaporated milk, broth, bouillon dice, poultry seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, and pepper.

Add rooster to a 6-quart gradual cooker. Pour the combination over high.
